Exciting Opportunity! Customer Care Support Team (Shanghai-based)

Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Care Support:
• Operations: Working with Foreign Clients from multi-national companies to arrange their relocations around the world
• Ops: Set up survey/surveyor with colleagues and overseas agents
• Ops: Reach out to freight companies regarding air & sea freight solutions
• Operations: Generating cost cards (draft quotations) for client moves
• Ops: Updating data entry into our company’s proprietary global tracking system
• Communicate with transferee to learn of packing/delivery satisfaction, problem resolve
• Auditing vendor invoices for billing, according to cost cards
• Administration: Preparing the survey guides for the sales team to present to our potential clients
• Admin: Preparing the weekly and monthly booking reports
• Leadership: Supervisory duties which include leading our professional crews on site with international-level of customer service to high-level executives, English translation, inventory preparation and on the spot decision making
Sales Support:
• Generate Quotes, Cost Cards, RFQ proposal opportunities
• Work closely with internal customer service department
• Maintain Sales Records and Data
Marketing & PR:
• Supporting the hosting of Networking and Marketing events
Requirements:
• Self motivated but team player with a winning attitude – and smile!
• Mature presentation and eager to learn (with mentor guidance)
• Problem Solver
• Excellent written and spoken English (other foreign language, French or German would be an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation / PR skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software products
