Personal Profile:

Dr. HUANG, Ph.D. in Management, serves as Master's-level Supervisor in Finance and Accounting at SFB SHNU. Graduated from the Department of Construction Management and Real Estate, School of Economics and Management at Tongji University, Dr. HUANG has 20+ years of researching and working experience in securities & real estate markets, including 7 years working for a large securities company. He was one of the first industry analysts for construction and real estate industry in China’s securities companies and a member of the inaugural Expert Committee of Exercising Shareholder Rights of China Securities Investor Services Center (ISC) under China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). He has worked as a researcher at the Development and Research Center of GF Securities and a senior manager at headquarters of an investment bank, and has visited more than 100 listed or soon-to-be-listed companies. When working at GF Securities, Dr. HUANG was sent to Baruch College of CUNY, New York City, the United States to study capital market.

After getting into academia, Dr. HUANG has hosted and completed projects like those of the Humanities and Social Science Projects of the Ministry of Education of China, those funded by Shanghai Municipal Office of Philosophy and Social Sciences, Key Innovation Projects of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, etc. In addition, he has 100+ academic papers, translations and financial commentaries published in China’s and international journals and newspapers (among which 10+ papers were published in core journals), and three of his papers were fully reprinted in Investment and Securities, a journal collected by China Social Science Excellence (CSSE). What’s more, Dr. HUANG has been interviewed hundreds of times by journalists in mainstream media, including Xinhua News Agency, CCTV-2, China Securities Journal, Shanghai Securities News, China Business News, China Real Estate Business, 21st Century Business Herald, The Economic Observer, China Times, Legal Daily, Southern Weekly, The Beijing News, etc.

In terms of financial experimental teaching, Dr. HUANG was awarded the National 'Zhi Sheng Award' for Excellent Faculty Members in Colleges and Universities for Financial Experimental Teaching (2021). The course 'Investment Banking' he taught was rated as one of 2021 Shanghai First-class Bachelor-level Courses (Category Virtual Simulation) for Colleges and Universities and one of 2020 Shanghai Municipal-level Key Construction Courses. The virtual simulation experimental teaching software he has developed based on IPO cases in STAR Market has won the third prize in 'the 6th National Innovation Competition of DIY Experimental Teaching Instrument and Equipment among Faculty Members in Higher Education Institutions (2021)' hosted by China Association of Higher Education.

Dr. HUANG is familiar with practices in securities investment and financing, and specializes in case studies of listed companies. The educational case of IPO of Zhejiang Wolwo Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. he independently developed has won third prize in 'the First China Educational Case Writing Competition in Management and Accounting (2017)' hosted by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). The cases of Vanke A-Share and private placement of TCL Zhonghuan Renewable Energy Technology Co., Ltd. he independently developed have won 'Award of Excellent Cases' in 'the Second National Outstanding Educational Case Competition for Program Master of Finance (2016)' hosted by the National Supervisory Committee for Professional Degrees in Finance. The experimental educational case based on IPO cases in STAR Market he independently developed has won the second prize in the fifth 'Zhi Xiang Cup' National Experimental Educational Case Competition in Economics and Management of Higher Education Institutions (2022). Moreover, his researches on cases such as private placement of Chihong Zn & Ge, IPO of Zhejiang Wolwo Bio-Pharmaceutical, Wuhan Petroleum's backdoor listing, unusual stock price fluctuations of Zhejiang Chimin Pharmaceutical CO., Ltd., etc. have been reported and followed up by 10+ mainstream financial newspapers and periodicals, and have exerted a significant impact on the securities market.
